1/2" thick exterior grade plywood

Hardware:
Eight 3/16" dia. x 11" long, zinc-plated steel rods (#YS11)
Sixteen 3/16" clamps with screws (2 packs of #YSC1)

TOOLS:
Hand held jigsaw (sabre saw), scroll saw or band saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping blade.

SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper medium & fine grits
Wood filler non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws 
Paint Brushes 2", 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.
Glue exterior wood (#GLUETB3).
