Returns & Exchanges

At The Winfield Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your woodworking projects and home decor purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items, including all original patterns, parts, and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
