18" x 24" piece of 1/8" thick exterior grade plywood
24" x 24" piece of 3/8" thick exterior grade plywood
One 1X10 x 36" long pine board, #2 grade or better
One 2X2 x 72" long pine board, #2 grade or better

Saw:
Scroll Saw or hand held sabre saw with a smooth cutting non-chipping, scrolling blade
Table saw or circular saw

PAINT:
The following colors of acrylic latex paint:
Deep Red
Black
White

SEALER:
High-grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer for outdoor protection (#POLYQT).
